For our local DC area customers, we can bring our store to you! Bringing Home Baby will bring our eco-friendly products to your home or other venue and show you how even small choices can improve your baby's health, simplify her care, and reduce waste. We can come to your baby shower, baby welcoming party, play date group, or any other gathering so you can touch and experience our products and select the ones right for your family. Our website also has a gift registry service so you can create your own wish list that can be shared with friends and family. And when the baby comes, just contact us, and we'll ship it out or deliver a beautiful gift basket right when you need it.

Return policy:  We accept returns on new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.  Returns must have prior authorization; if you wish to return an item, please email customerservice@bringinghomebaby.biz to arrange your return.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage.  In case of defective products, please email us, and we will help you with your warranty claim.  In the case of an undelivered or misdirected package, we do use USPS Priority Shipping for all packages, which includes a tracking number.  If you do not receive your domestic package within a week (international packages may take longer), please check the tracking number with the USPS or contact us for the tracking number.  We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.  If you wish to protect your package against loss, please tell us at checkout that you wish to purchase insurance.
